You have the option of canceling an order before it is executed

Change – return – replacement of products

Changes and returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If you think so and without giving us any explanation, you can withdraw from the contract between us within a period of 14 calendar days under the following terms and conditions.

How do you calculate 14 days?
You have the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third party (other than the carrier) received the order

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?

Record on a durable medium in writing your wish to withdraw with a simple and clear statement of wish to withdraw from your order (noting your order number, the place and date of receipt of the product/service, your full details used when ordering, date drawing up the declaration of withdrawal and signature. How do you get your money back?

As long as you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning by bank deposit. In case of a return, the transport costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you have informed us in writing of the request to return the products, and after we have received the goods.

How to return the products?

To return your products, you can visit our physical store in Eleousa Artas. Alternatively, you can send your products (within 14 days from the day after we became aware of your cancellation) with your receipt, with the carrier of your choice.

In the event that the products are not returned within 14 days from the day after we became aware of your withdrawal statement, then the company may not accept any product return or replacement.

Returns are not accepted:
– In cases where the products have been used. Use of a product constitutes e.g.: installation (e.g. air conditioners), commissioning (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines/dishwashers)
– In cases where the products delivered have been manufactured according to the specifications set by the customer or according to his personal requirements and personal customizations or which by their nature are impossible to return by shipment. Products that are personalized by registering the device (registration) by the customer after being delivered to him fall under this exception, such as e.g. registration of a smartphone type device, etc.
– In cases where the delivered products are carriers of audio or video or video and audio or software and have been unsealed from their packaging.
– In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (eg shavers/epilators, electric toothbrushes, cookware, etc.).
– In the cases of supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium.
– In cases of provision of services, after the full provision of the service.
– In cases of supply of food, drinks or other goods, intended for current consumption in the context
of the household.

Right to replace or repair the products at the charge of the COMPANY or cancel the transaction
The return of products is charged at the expense of the COMPANY

In all cases in which other than those sold, by type or quantity, are delivered.
In the event that during delivery the item has a damaged package, completely or in most of it.
In case that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect (provided this is confirmed by the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation) In the case of white appliances (i.e. refrigerators, electric cookers, washing machines, etc.) and air conditioners, it is required to have preceded by a visit by the technician of the supplier company’s authorized workshop and written confirmation of the diagnosis of the device’s failure, so that it is considered that the product was defective upon delivery.
In the case of returns with a company fee, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and at the agreed time. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement based on this condition is waived.
In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Address, etc.) and its complete packaging. The return of the products at the charge of the COMPANY will be carried out either by personnel and means of transport of the COMPANY or via courier.
In case of return of the products depending on the case, a repair or replacement will be carried out, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the customer legally rejects the two previous ones, in which case, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY, in case of cancellation , the refund to the customer will be made by depositing into the customer’s personal account.
